A word from Kemisha Williams Ebron......
Life is the most precious gift that is given to us from God. Therefore I want you to be like the late Michael Jackson and search for that man (woman) in the mirror asking him to change his/her ways. Live your lives respectfully and responsibly and know that for every action there is a reaction.
We as humans experience things in life such as hurt, pain, love, loss, happiness, death, and success. All of these things affect everyone differently and some people bounce back quicker than others. When we hold on to the negative things that impact us, then it affects us mentally and physically. It leaves some people with depression and hurt. When people are depressed and hurt they turn to OR away from food, substances, lifestyles, and people. This is very unhealthy and statistics say that majority of the people are living unhealthy lives. Times change, situations change and people definitely change. We should not make ourselves or our loved ones suffer, BUT we should face those adversaries, address them, forgive them, learn from them, move on, and ENJOY LIFE. Don't allow your past to hold your future as a hostage.
I want to continue to inspire and motivate each of you physically and mentally while inspiring myself. My goal is to help as many people as I can to become healthy (physically and mentally), not for me but for themselves. I figured if you start with the woman who in some cases is the head of household, a single parent, or the cook who prepares the meals and makes life changing decisions. The results will affect everyone else in the household allowing EVERYONE to lead a healthy LIFE.
"TOGETHER we can live LONGER, stay STRONGER, and become HEALTHIER."
